you confirmed my booking but there was no room available in that property! and there’s no more ferry to get out of that island, I had to pay exorbitant rate for a last minute homestay! worst experience from booking.com !

Had very very bad experience staying here as the hotel was the worse I have stayed.The room is was like the old village type and whereby the bed has no bed frame at all....mattress only.The worse is there is no water tap inside bathroom meaning after going toilet how do u wash coz the water heater pipe does not come tht long also.
